It depends on your individual needs. We can give you a personalized custom estimate. Our two bestselling packages are The All Inclusive Package that covers everything and more and The Standard Package that covers all the basics. What is your payment schedule and when is it due?
At least a 25% deposit is due to book your start date on our waiting list. Your second payment of 25% is due on your design start date. Final payment of 50% is due after website design approval, prior to installation of your website and the delivery of any files. Why is there a waiting list?
We take on only a few projects each month. Our projects do not overlap, giving you all the attention that your project needs. Why do your packages cost so much in comparison to others?
Our boutique web designs are not templates. Each site is custom designed, search engine friendly and easy to maintain yourself. Your design will be unique, OOAK, and exclusive. It will never be resold or disguised as a cookie cutter paste-in cheap template. We also have the experience and the portfolio to back up our services. What is independent e-commerce?
Your e-commerce site will be completely independent. You can switch your hosting company or domain name at any time without consulting me or anybody else. You fully own your domain and your site regardless of who you use as a web host. Even if we provide your web hosting, you can leave anytime and take your design and your e-commerce shopping cart with you. Your site will never be conditionally tied into a monthly plan with Pixeldiva Designs. We do not lease carts and you can maintain and update your site without the need for monthly or maintenance fees. What will my monthly costs be?
No monthly fees. None. Nothing. Zero. Aside from your yearly web hosting cost and your yearly domain renewal, your website will cost you nothing to maintain. This applies to all of our custom and premade website packages. If you require extra customizations or 3rd party services, then additional fees may apply but they would be optional.
Who do you recommend for web hosting and domains?
Pixeldiva Designs offers affordable boutique web hosting plans starting at $85 a year with maintenance and free tech support included. If you would prefer an independent web host, we would recommend Hostgator.com, Hostmonster.com and Siteground.com. Almost all web hosts are compatible except GoDaddy and Yahoo Web Hosting among a few others. For domains, we recommend that you purchase your domain name (www.yourwebsitename.com) separate from your web hosting plan. Use GoDaddy.com or Enom, so that you have complete control over your domain regardless of your host. Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, debit cards, bank payments and instant cash through Paypal. E-checks are also accepted but must clear before starting or delivering the project. Do you offer 'layaway' or payment plans?
Yes. We gladly offer 25% waiting list retainers and 50% deposits for big projects (services over $550). The remaining 50% is due before delivery. A website is an investment just like product inventory and business materials are. It is not a liability that should be a problem to pay for. We do not accept offers to trade in products or become your partner in lieue of payment. Can you put my project on hold, switch my package, or request a refund?
All payments are non-refundable. Please read our terms for more details on what we expect from you as a client and what you can expect from us. Projects or payments cannot be postponed, cancelled or downgraded. However, if you would like to upgrade your package or include more services, we can happily do that for you. ;)
Can you reschedule my project?
Yes, in the case of a natural disaster or death of a family member please contact us through out toll-free numer or through email. Your project cannot be delayed or rescheduled due to other personal issues. If our emails have not been replied to within 14 business days and no attempts to contact us have been made, your project will be cancelled due to lack of communication. I have no experience with websites, e-commerce, and selling online. Do you give assistance?
Yes. We are here to help you and we're very patient and understanding! Most of our clients have no previous experience and require help. We offer FREE unlimited technical assistance through email. Your website will come with an easy instruction sheet and an ebook manual. We will reply to all emails with easy instructions and walkthroughs. For emergency situations, we also include our toll-free phone number with your start-up questionnaire.
