How much do you charge for website design?
Our custom packages start at $1895 for custom web design. We also offer premade websites starting at $1,000 depending on the complexity of the design and the features included.
What is your payment schedule and when is it due?
A 50% deposit is required to begin any project. The final 50% pending balance is due after design and layout approval, prior to transfer of your site, admin access, content upload, and file delivery.

We want you to be a success! With our experience, we know what you need and how to do it. Our boutique web designs are not templates or budget cookie cutter designs. We are firm believers in independent e-commerce and we want you to get the best value for your investment.
What is independent e-commerce?
Your e-commerce site will be completely independent. Upload unlimited products and pages yourself. You will fully own your domain and your site regardless of who you use as a web host. Your site will never be conditionally tied into a shopping cart monthly plan. We do not lease or license carts, and you can maintain and update your site without the need for monthly or maintenance fees.
Can I use another shopping cart?
Our e-commerce packages include a lifetime shopping cart license, but if you would like to use a different shopping cart or software, we can work with the cart of your choice. We have experience with most e-commerce carts! You would be responsible for any licensing fees associated with the cart that you have chosen.
What will my monthly costs be?
No monthly fees. None. Nothing. Zero. Aside from your yearly web hosting cost, domain and SSL certificate renewal (if any), your website will cost you nothing to maintain. This applies to all of our custom and premade website packages. If you require extra customizations or 3rd party services that are separate from your cart, then additional fees may apply but they would be optional and not necessary.
Who do you recommend for web hosting and domains?
Pixeldiva Designs offers green affordable boutique web hosting plans starting at $85 a year with maintenance and free tech support included. Want to host elsewhere? 99% all web hosts are compatible except for GoDaddy and Yahoo Web Hosting .
For domains, we recommend that you purchase your domain name separate from your web hosting plan. Use GoDaddy.com or Enom, so that you have complete control over your domain regardless of your host.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Paypal and Google Checkout. Use your Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX and eChecks. Please be advised that e-checks may take up to 10 business days to clear. We also accept direct deposit, bank deposits, and Money Orders. Personal checks are not an option and will not be accepted.
Do you offer 'layaway' or payment plans?
We offer a 25% waiting list retainer and 50% deposits for big projects (services over $500). The remaining 50% is due before delivery. A website is an investment just like product inventory and business materials are and should not be a problem to pay for. We do not accept physical goods as payment, trade ins, or business offers to become your partner in lieue of payment.
Can you put my project on hold, switch my package, cancel my project or can I request a refund?
All payments are non-refundable. Please read our terms for more details on what we expect from you as a client and what you can expect from us. Projects or payments cannot be postponed, canceled or downgraded. Cancellations are not allowed except by mutual consent. If you cannot complete the project, are lacking funds or are not satisfied, you can cancel the project but your non-refundable deposit will be forfeited due to your project cancellation. There is a 50% cancellation fee which will be deducted from your deposit, if you unilaterally decide to cancel your project.
Can you reschedule my project?
Yes, in the case of a natural disaster or death of a family member. Please contact us through out toll-free number or through email. Your project cannot be delayed or rescheduled due to other personal issues. If our emails have not been replied to within 14 business days and no attempts to contact us have been made, your project will be canceled due to lack of communication.
I have no experience with websites, e-commerce and selling online. Do I need previous knowledge? Do you give assistance?
Most of our clients have no previous experience and require help. With our boutique shopping cart you can update your website yourself even if you don’t have any HTML knowledge. We offer FREE unlimited technical assistance through email. Your website will come with an instruction sheet and an ebook manual. Our All Inclusive Package and 12-in-1 Package also include a one hour phone walk though session after delivery.
Can I hire you to maintain my website?
Yes! Even if your website was created by somebody else, we can maintain your site and upload your products for you. We have provided maintenance and updates for hundreds of stores and we have uploaded thousands of products over the past 5 years. Contact us for more information and our special product entry rates.
Do you give discounts to senior citizens, non-profits or NGO's?
